Looks like a good website. I didn't realize it was his birthday. He had an amazing mind to be able to figure out so much in an age that understood so little and had so few resources to understand. As well as going against the current of popular and religious opinion.
Alas, after a century and a half, the theory he formulated is still "going against the current of popular and religious opinion."
